Designed a tool for users to easily manage and perform tasks for their review services as well as, worked on a UI design system and custom form fields. We created wireframes and prototypes for clinical trial submissions system.
Summary
As a UX designer on this project, I partnered with one other designer, UX researchers and developers to pitch a future concept and improved UX approach to their clinical trial submission system. I created journey maps, sat in on user interviews, iterated on wireframes and executed visual designs that contributed to our final concept and prototype.
Role
Our main challenge in this project was grasping our client's work and effectively visualizing their future system. I joined researchers, attended interviews, and observed users' daily routines to gain firsthand insights into their tasks and experiences.
Challenge
After completing countless rounds of research and user interviews, us designers started on journey maps that led to detailed wireframes which heavily influenced our final designs.
Approach
The research informed a clickable prototype showcasing a forward-looking MVP prioritizing user needs, streamlined workflows, and intuitive interactions. The concept work debuted a fresh appearance and flexible features that could adapt to future user requirements.
