Senior UX Designer
Led design work in modernizing the clients existing web experience for the user to quickly and efficiently navigate the site. While redesigning the web experience we worked closely and collaborated with the research, content, and design systems teams to achieve consistency and meet the needs of all users.
Summary
During my 2 and a half year engagement with this financial investment company, I worked with many other UX designers, researchers, developers and strategist to collaborate on this work. While working with others on this project we also collaborated with other teams in the organization because this engagement was part of a larger scope of work within the organization.
Role
I worked on designs for many parts of this investment dashboard. One challenge I was tasked with during this time was creating a design for filtering. In addition to the designs I also created prototypes for testing filtering concepts with users.
Challenge
Once we moved to visual designs from wireframes we worked on a few different versions of of these filters and how they would translate to different device sizes from phone to desktop.
Approach
Along with having ease of use, our goal for this work was to have a better solution for filtering data that was clear to understand from any device size.
